ITEM 368

BLIND SHIPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

In addition to all other applicable charges, when Milan handles a Blind Shipment, an administrative fee of $50.00 per shipment will be applied.
Blind shipments must move prepaid, unless the party paying for the blind shipment charge is also paying for the freight charges on a collect basis.
This fee will apply in addition to all the applicable provisions and chages found in Item 820 of this tariff.
